Recommended Immunization Schedule - 4th DTaP at 15-18 months - Keep Up to Date: Vaccinate

The Texas Department of State Health Services is seeking to remind everyone to vaccinate your children in order to build your child's health.  Information on the program can be obtained from the department's web site www.ImmunizeTexas.com or by calling 1-800-252-9152.  The information is available on the site in both English and Spanish. 

Don't forget that the 4th dose of DTaP is due between 15 and 18 months of age.  Check with your doctor and make sure your children get all of their vaccines on time every time, according to the recommended schedule.  Vaccines: Build your child's health.
