Statement of Mission

The mission of T.I.O.P.A., Inc. is to ensure that patients throughout North Texas have access to quality, cost-effective medical care through a cohesive network of physicians.

Statement of Purpose

The Corporation is organized and shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes by engaging in (i) the delivery of health care to the public and (ii) the instruction of the general public in the areas of medical science, public health, and hygiene and related instruction useful to the individual and beneficial to the community.
